Wedding car: how to choose it, how delivery works and when to book

The wedding car is sorted out alongside a hundred other things, which is why it often gets sorted late. Here is what to think about when choosing the car, how delivery works and when to block the date so you are not left without a car.

Which car

We offer all four cars for weddings and the package costs the same for each. You can choose by what you like, not by price. A few questions help:

  • What dress will the bride wear? For a voluminous dress, the Mercedes-Benz GLC is the safest choice. It has a high, comfortable entry and the most space. Getting into a low coupé in a full skirt is harder.
  • Do you want the car to stand out in the photos? The black Mustang Mach 1 with the deep sound of its V8 is our most requested wedding car.
  • Will it be summer and sunny? Camaro SS Cabrio with the roof down: photos without glass and waving to guests as you leave. If it rains, we keep the roof up.
  • Do you want a classic? The Mercedes-Benz C 300 d Exclusive is quiet and elegant and will not look dated in the photos.

Chauffeur, decorations and packages

The car is driven by our chauffeur in a suit so you can focus on your guests. We wash, polish and decorate the car with ribbons. The packages differ only in hours, kilometres and extras:

  • ESSENTIAL, 199 €: 3 hours and 100 km. Ceremony and the newlyweds' ride.
  • CLASSIC, 329 €: 5 hours and 150 km. Plus flower decorations, a bottle of sparkling wine and a photo stop with the car.
  • ROYAL, 499 €: 8 hours and 250 km, you have the car all day. Delivery of the car up to 50 km is included.

Each extra hour costs 49 €, each extra 50 km 25 €. We can add a second car for the witnesses or parents from 149 €. Prices include VAT; insurance and fuel within the mileage limit are included. The current price list is always on the page Wedding car.

Delivery: where the car comes from

Our cars are in Trnava and Košice and we move them between the cities during the year. We count kilometres and delivery from the city where the car is on the wedding day. Delivery outside Trnava and Košice costs from 39 €. The easiest way is to send us the place of the ceremony and reception; we calculate the distance for you and send the exact price.

We bring the car 15 minutes before the agreed time. If the programme runs late, as weddings do, allow some buffer. With the ROYAL package, a buffer for delays is included.

When to book

Ideally 3 to 6 months in advance. Saturdays from May to September get booked up to six months ahead and free summer Saturdays are scarce. The latest you can book is 14 days before the wedding.

If you already have a date, get in touch now. We hold it without obligation for 48 hours while you decide. You confirm the booking with a deposit of 50 % of the package price and pay the rest on the wedding day or by transfer in advance. If the wedding date changes, we move it free of charge if you let us know at least 30 days in advance.

Check before you sign

  • How many hours you really need: from the preparations through the ceremony and photos to arriving at the reception.
  • How many kilometres there are between the places the car will visit.
  • Who besides the newlyweds will ride in the car.
