Withdrawal from the contract

With this form you can withdraw from a contract concluded via luxmotion.sk. The right of withdrawal applies to purchased gift vouchers. Under Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection, the right of withdrawal does not apply to vehicle rental, driving experiences and chauffeur service (see Terms, Art. XXV).
