Right after card payment, by e-mail as a PDF to print or forward. You can still get it the evening before the party. We post a printed voucher in a gift envelope for 9,90 €.

12 months from purchase, the date is on the voucher. We recommend booking the date at least 30 days before it expires, so there is still a free slot.

On the Redeem a voucher page or by phone, at least 7 days ahead. All we need is the voucher code, name, phone number and preferred date. Showing the voucher on a phone is enough.

With a driving experience the recipient drives for 30 to 120 minutes with a co-pilot, no deposit. A rental voucher is a car for a whole day or several days, the recipient drives alone and leaves a deposit at pick-up.

Yes, by agreement. If the other car is more expensive, the difference is paid when booking. If it is cheaper, the difference is not refunded. Several vouchers can be combined into one longer drive.

Within 14 days of purchase, if no date has been booked yet. A voucher with a fixed date cannot be cancelled, only moved up to 48 hours ahead. We refund the money the same way you paid. The printing fee is not refunded once the voucher has been posted.

Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before the drive. With a later change, or if the recipient doesn't show up, the voucher expires. If we can't drive, for example because of the weather or a technical fault, we move the date and the voucher stays valid.

Insurance is included. For a driving experience there is no deposit; for damage caused by the driver there is an excess of 1 000 €, which you can lower to 500 € when booking.

The recipient picks up the car in Trnava or Košice and drives alone. At pick-up they leave a refundable deposit of 700 to 1 000 €, the included kilometres are on the voucher and the car goes back with the same fuel level.

Yes. For several vouchers write to [email protected] with the number and the cars, we issue a company invoice and send the vouchers to the e-mail you give us.

No. Showing the voucher on your phone is enough when booking and on the day. If you want to hand it over in person, print the PDF at home or at any copy shop, or order a printed voucher in a gift envelope in the checkout.

Driving experiences are in Trnava and Košice. A rental voucher is valid with pick-up in Trnava or Košice, or with delivery of the car.

Send us the buyer's name or the e-mail used to buy the voucher and we send it again.

Yes, vouchers from Zľavomat, Zľava dňa, Najzážitky or Adrop are redeemed just like ours, on the Redeem a voucher page. On top of our terms, the portal's terms apply.

Arrive 15 minutes early, show your driving licence and your personal co-pilot explains the car. The introduction and photos don't count into your paid minutes. Then you drive the best country roads around, in normal traffic, not on a track.

From 89 € for 30 minutes. You can choose 30, 60 or 120 minutes, and insurance, the motorway vignette and the co-pilot are included. There is no deposit for a driving experience.

Anyone aged 18 or over with a valid category B driving licence. No alcohol before or during the drive, zero tolerance, and if in doubt we don't start. If you'd rather not drive, our co-pilot drives and you enjoy the ride.

You pay for the whole car, not a seat. If you drive, the co-pilot sits next to you and there are two seats in the back for your people. If the co-pilot drives, three of you ride along. The convertible has fewer seats, we tell you when you book. Passengers must be at least 12 years old and 150 cm tall; under 18 we need written consent from a parent.

The drives are in Trnava and Košice, close to Bratislava and Prešov. We meet wherever suits you. You can suggest the route yourself or leave it to us.

Yes. You can take photos and video of the car on your own phone, that's included. A GoPro in the cabin, drone shots or a finished video cost extra, just tell us when you book. A full shoot with a cameraman is LuxReel.

No. For a driving experience we don't block or take anything. Insurance is included and you can lower the excess when you book.

At least 18 years of age, a valid category B driving licence held for at least 2 years and an ID card or passport. For a driving experience a driving licence is enough, no matter how long you have had it.

Yes, you add a second driver in the checkout. They must meet the same conditions and we write them into the contract. Only drivers named in the contract may drive the car.

A licence from an EU country is valid as it is. With a licence from outside the EU, bring an international driving permit and your passport as well.

Your driving licence, ID card or passport and, for a rental, the deposit. You can fill in your details in the checkout beforehand or show the documents at pick-up.

Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before the start, or up to 12 hours with the Flexible date change add-on. At most twice per booking. Write to [email protected] or call us.

More than 14 days ahead we refund everything except a 30 € admin fee. 7 to 14 days ahead we refund 70 %, 3 to 7 days ahead 40 %, later nothing. Cancellations have to be sent by e-mail.

For a driving experience in rain, snow or below 3 °C we move the drive for safety reasons, you don't lose it. A rental doesn't change with the weather, but we can agree on other dates.

By card online when booking, or by card, in cash or by bank transfer at pick-up. Prices include VAT and you get the invoice by e-mail.

For a rental you leave a refundable deposit of 700 to 1 000 € depending on the car, in cash, by bank transfer or as a card hold. Cash is returned as soon as the car comes back undamaged, a card hold is released within 14 days at the latest.

No. You see the full amount including extras and delivery in the booking before you pay. You only pay extra for what happens during the rental: fuel, kilometres over the limit or fines.

Yes. Enter the company name, company ID and VAT ID in the checkout and we e-mail you the invoice.

Yes, in LuxMotion Lounge. After your first drive with us you get 5 % off your next order, and from your third order 10 % off every order. All you need is an account, which you can also create with one click after ordering. The discount is deducted automatically when you are logged in at checkout and cannot be combined with other discount codes.

Third-party liability and comprehensive insurance are included. In case of damage you pay an excess of 1 000 €. For 17 € you lower it to 500 €, for 30 € to zero.

Call us, roadside assistance works 24/7. After an accident always call the police and don't sign anything without us. If the car can't be driven, we agree on the next steps and, where possible, a replacement car.

Damage beyond normal wear up to the excess, missing fuel, kilometres over the limit and excessive wear, for example of the tyres from drifting. We record the condition of the car with photos at pick-up and at return.
